Uniform Vouchers questions

If you need further assistance, please contact your child’s school, as they manage voucher requests on your behalf.

Where do I redeem my State Schools Relief voucher?

You can redeem your voucher at your school’s nominated uniform supplier or school uniform shop. Vouchers cannot be redeemed at State Schools Relief.

Please click here (link to map) to see a list of all suppliers where State Schools Relief vouchers can be redeemed.

You can find this information on your school’s website or by contacting the school directly.

State Schools Relief vouchers may only be used by the student listed, or their parent/carer, at the nominated uniform retailer.

Vouchers are valid only for logoed school uniform items. Students may also use the voucher for plain (non-logoed) school specific unique items (eg, pants, shorts, skirts, summer dresses) where these are not available through State Schools Relief directly.

The voucher is not valid for the purchase of graduation or commemorative garments, is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be redeemed online or at State Schools Relief.

A gap payment may apply where the retail price exceeds the voucher value.

State Schools Relief reserves the right to cancel vouchers where misuse is identified.

No. At this time, State Schools Relief vouchers cannot be redeemed online and must be used in‑store at an approved supplier.

Each voucher has a unique expiry date printed on it. You must use the voucher before this date.

If your voucher has expired or you can’t find it, please contact your school. They can send you a new voucher or resend the original one.

Vouchers are issued for a set value. If the total cost of the required items exceeds the voucher amount, you may need to pay a gap payment.

If you are unable to make the gap payment, please contact your child’s school to discuss further support options.

Please contact your child’s school. The school can raise a request for a replacement voucher if required.
