We have a new "Returns" process as of 1st September, 2020.
I need to exchange a size for a student, how do I do this?
If you need to exchange a size or uniform item for a student, you can do this by submitting a new application under the category ‘RETURNS’.
- Select the new/replacement item for the student in this application.
- Please remember to include the original application reference number in your comments when doing so.
- We will have this processed and sent out to you as soon as possible.
How do I return the item/s?
- Hold onto the items along with a completed Returns form and keep them together in a box at the school for us.
- An SSR team member will monitor the returns on a weekly basis and contact the school once a courier pick up is booked for collection.
