2024 Prep CSEF Uniform Package


 

Information for the 2024 Prep CSEF Uniform Package is now available.

Applications can be submitted now, until the end of Term 3, 2024 (Friday 20th September).

 

Eligibility
Students eligible to receive the 2024 Prep Uniform Package must be a Camps, Sports and Excursion Fund (CSEF) recipient. To find out more, please refer to the Department of Education website.

What’s in the package?
The 2024 Prep package contains the following items:

  • Outerwear x 1 pce (i.e., jacket / parka / puffer)
  • Tops x 2 pcs (i.e., windcheater / polo shirt / rugby top)
  • Pants x 2 pcs (i.e., track pants / leggings)
  • Socks x 2 packs
  • Pair of Shoes x 1

Please note:
a) PE items are not included as part of this package
b) Shoes must be requested in UK sizes (please see our shoe size conversion chart)

Cost to families
Where State Schools’ Relief is unable to provide a uniform item directly that contains a logo (due to contractual agreements with uniform retailers) the student will receive a voucher for $85 that subsidises the cost of these items. The voucher can be redeemed at your school uniform shop, or independent uniform retailer.
Please note: vouchers do have an expiry date and must be used before this date.

Returns
Items that are supplied directly by SSR can be returned. The returns form can be found on our website here.
* Items must be in original condition and unworn. Please do not tape up shoe boxes.

Information for the 2024 Year 7 CSEF Uniform Package is now available.

Applications will be accepted from Monday 2nd October 2023 - until the end of Term 1, 2024 (Thursday 28th March).

Please enclose a completed RETURNS form with each package being returned to SSR.

I need to exchange a size, or style, for a student, how do I do this?

  • Please submit a new application and select category ‘Financial Hardship’ with the replacement item/s, and sizes, required.
  • Remember to include the original application reference number in your comments when doing so.
  • We will have this processed and sent out to you as soon as possible.

 

How do I return the item/s?

  1. Pack up the items being returned, along with a completed RETURNS form, and keep them together in a box at your school.
  2. Contact State Schools' Relief via phone or email to arrange a pick up: 03 8769 8400 or contact@ssr.net.au
  3. Please remember that ALL item/s must be unworn / unused / unwashed with original packaging and/or box.
  4. For hygiene reasons please do not return briefs, singlets, swimwear, or socks.
