Our OneSight vision care program complements Glasses for Kids by supporting students of all ages across Victorian government schools.

Eligible students receive a voucher for a free eye test and prescription glasses through participating OPSM stores.

This program ensures students experiencing financial hardship can access essential eye care and participate confidently in the classroom.  

OneSight Vision vouchers are delivered by State Schools Relief on behalf of the OneSight EssilorLuxottica Foundation in partnership with OPSM.

How it works

An authorised school staff member submits a OneSight Vision Voucher Application Form (separate to the main portal).

Once approved:

  • The voucher is emailed to the school from noreply@caspio.app
  • The school forwards the voucher to the student or their guardian
  • Students/families book an appointment at a convenient OPSM store.
  • Students/families present the voucher and their Medicare card on arrival, within 12 months of the date of issue

Please note: students can access one voucher within a 12-month period.
