To request a different size or item:
- Submit a new application via the portal
- Select category ‘Financial Hardship’ and complete all details
- Include the original application reference number
Applications are processed within 72 hours.
For parents and carers
If you are a parent or carer seeking support, please contact your child’s school directly.
All welfare applications must be submitted by the school on behalf of the student.
Your school will discuss your situation confidentially and manage the application process.
State Schools Relief does not provide cash assistance.
