Who can submit an application?

Applications must be submitted by authorised school staff on behalf of the student.

No. Schools determine eligibility based on their knowledge of the student’s circumstances.

Approved items are usually despatched within 3 business days of approval.

Items are delivered directly to the student’s school in plain packaging to protect privacy.

No. Support is provided through direct supply of items or vouchers for approved suppliers.

If you are a parent or carer seeking support, please contact your child’s school directly.

The school principal, assistant principal, or wellbeing coordinator can discuss your situation confidentially and manage the online application to State Schools Relief on your behalf.

All applications for support must be submitted by the school on behalf of the student. State Schools Relief does not provide cash assistance.
